This safari is a gorilla and chimpanzee trekking tour mashed up with wildlife sighting which will begin from Entebbe Airport and end at Entebbe Airport. You will visit Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park and Kibale Forest National Park.
Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
Early in the morning our company guide will pick you from Entebbe Airport and transfer you to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. A beautiful scenery referred to as the “Switzerland of Africa” will be a great sight as you navigate the immense country side. You will have lunch en route. On arrival at the park, you will check in to your pre booked lodge and relax as you prepare for the gorilla trekking experience due the next day.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking experience in Bwindi
After your early morning breakfast, assemble at the park head office with your packed lunch and drinking water for briefing from the senior park ranger guide. You will then set off to the starting point and trek the gentle giants through thick and dark vegetation as you hike high and low slippery slopes. Be observant enough to listen to the vocals of the gorillas as they communicate which will make it easy for you to follow them up. The only one magical hour you will be with the huge giant apes, will be the most amazing you will forever tell. The guide will tell you more about them and their habits and you will take as many photos as you desire. Afterwards, return to the lodge for relaxation.

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Wake up to your early morning breakfast at your accommodation and then set out to drive through the Southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, the Ishasha sector. This drive will be like a mission to see the rare tree-climbing lions which are the most common residents in this area. In this area as well, you will have great sights of the antelopes especially Uganda Kobs, the bush bucks and the gazelles. Enjoy a delicacy at Bush Lodge for lunch and afterwards the boat will be set for you for your Kazinga channel boat cruise connecting Lake George to Lake Edward. This is the best cruise ever because it gives you close views of the hippos, cape buffaloes, African Elephants, Crocodiles basking, not forgetting the numerous birds including the African Fish Eagle, the King fishers, the African Skimmers, the Pelicans, among others. Return to your accommodation you checked in earlier.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park
After your morning breakfast, you will embark on a morning game drive in search for game like lions, water bucks, Uganda kobs, warthogs, cape buffaloes among others. You will then proceed to Kibale National park where you will have your lunch. You will later check in the lodges reserved for you, relax as you wait for the next day’s activity.

Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking
Early in the morning after your breakfast, proceed to the tracking point where you receive your Dos and Don’ts during chimp tracking. An experienced ranger will then take you chimp tracking and you will be fascinated by the sights of the primates in Kibale forest. Once you locate the chimpanzees you will have a full hour in their presence. You will also be able to take plenty of photographs of the amazing primates. Return to your accommodation for lunch and then embark on a journey back to Entebbe Airport.
