This 8 Days tour takes you to one of Uganda’s finest tourism destinations, Queen Elizabeth National Park, home to over 95 species of mammals and over 600 species of birds. The park is also Uganda’s most popular tourist destination.

Queen Elizabeth National Park is the largest biotic area in Africa. It is a habitat for a variety of flora and fauna, hippo, tree-climbing lions, elephants, wildebeest, swamp antelope, Uganda-kobs, topis, waterbucks, bushbucks, reedbucks, duiker, mongoose, and forest hog.

Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is home to nearly more than half of the remaining mountain gorillas in the world and it is one of the best places to go gorilla trekking in Africa.

Uganda has the highest percentage of Mountain Gorillas in the world: There are currently less than 1200 mountain gorillas left in the world and almost half of the population resides in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Gorilla trekking is one of the top activities while on a safari.

Another interesting destination you will visit is Lake Bunyonyi via Kabale, a region popularly known by many as the 'Switzerland of Africa'. This twisting water body dotted with 29 islands will amaze you. Lake Bunyonyi probably is the second deepest lake in Africa.

One of the highlights of this safari is visiting Ishasha which is famous for its tree-climbing lions, whose males sport black manes, a feature unique to the lions in this area.
