On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your campsite in Arusha. This is where your adventure begins, with time to rest and recover from your journey. In the evening, your safari guide will provide a detailed briefing on the days ahead. The night is spent at a simple yet comfortable campsite, where you can already start experiencing the atmosphere of Tanzania’s great outdoors.

Day 2: Arusha to Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, set off for the world-renowned Serengeti National Park. The drive takes you across the Great Rift Valley and through the highlands of Ngorongoro, with scenic stops along the way. Carrying a packed lunch, you will arrive in the Serengeti by afternoon, ready for your first game drive. The Serengeti is famous for its endless plains, dramatic skies, and rich concentration of wildlife. In the evening, head to your public campsite where tents are set up, and enjoy a warm dinner under the starry African sky.

Day 3: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti
This day is dedicated to exploring the vast Serengeti plains. Begin early in the morning with packed meals, as sunrise is the best time to witness big cats on the move, hyenas scavenging, and herds starting their day. Depending on the season, you will follow the Great Migration herds and spend time among wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles. Watching predator and prey interactions is a highlight of the day. By evening, return to your campsite for dinner and another night close to the wilderness, listening to the distant calls of lions and hyenas.

Day 4: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive in Serengeti before departing for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On arrival, descend over 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, often called the Eighth Wonder of the World. This massive caldera is home to an incredible diversity of wildlife, including elephants, hippos, buffalo, lions, and the rare black rhino. Spend the day exploring the crater floor, stopping for a picnic lunch by a hippo pool. In the late afternoon, ascend to the crater rim for overnight camping.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Highlands Walk – Return to Arusha
After breakfast, take part in a guided walking safari in the Ngorongoro Highlands, escorted by an armed ranger. This 2–3 hour trek takes you through lush landscapes, waterfalls, and the famous Elephant Cave. Alternatively, depending on timing, you can choose a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. After the activity, begin the journey back to Arusha, with a stop at the Great Rift Valley escarpment for sweeping views of Lake Manyara and the forests below.

Day 6: Departure
Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy some leisure time in Arusha before transferring to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight home or onward journey. This marks the end of your unforgettable 6-day camping safari adventure in Tanzania.
