Tourism Arusha
Located in northern Tanzania, Arusha is the largest city in the Arusha region. This city is located at the foot of twin peaks, Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro which represents the highest peak in Africa with 5,895 m altitude.
Arusha is the safari capital of Tanzania and is close to national parks and reserves such as: Ngorongoro Reserve, home to the largest caldera in the region, Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara National Park and the famous Serengeti National Park which includes wild animals, rhinos and giraffes and many other animal species. This park is the scene of Transhumain's largest annual migration of about 1,500,000 white-bearded wildebeest and about 250,000 zebras.
With a population of around 416,000, Arusha is the city of discovery and adventure in Tanzania.
