Day 1: Ivato Airport – Antananarivo Upon your arrival at Ivato International Airport, our team will warmly welcome you to begin your Malagasy adventure. After completing the formalities, you will be transferred to your hotel for some well-deserved relaxation. Day 2: Antananarivo – Antsirabe 180 km After breakfast, we set out to explore Antananarivo, the famous “City of a Thousand,” perched on its hills and rich in history. Then, we head south through the rolling landscapes of the Central Highlands. A gourmet stop in Behenjy offers the chance to taste its renowned foie gras. We continue to Ambatolampy, known for its traditional aluminum foundries producing pots and handmade items. Late afternoon arrival in Antsirabe, an elegant spa town with peaceful charm.

Day 3: Antsirabe – Morondava 550 km (poor road conditions) Departing Antsirabe early in the morning, after the town gently awakens, the journey begins with a drive through Madagascar’s central highlands. The road winds past rice fields, traditional villages, and rolling landscapes before gradually descending toward the warmer western plains. Along the way, brief stops allow travelers to stretch, enjoy the scenery, and experience local life. After several hours on the road, the route finally reaches the coastal town of Morondava. Following the long but rewarding drive, the afternoon is reserved for a well-deserved rest at the hotel—time to relax, refresh, and enjoy the slower rhythm of the seaside before the adventures of the following day.

Day 4: Morondava-Kirindy Forest

Experience the magic of Morondava with a breathtaking sunrise or sunset at the iconic Avenue of the Baobabs, where towering baobab trees glow in golden light—perfect for photos and unforgettable moments. After soaking in the scenery, continue your journey to Kirindy Forest Reserve for a wildlife encounter. Explore the dry forest habitat known for unique Malagasy species, including lemurs and fascinating nocturnal animals. Day 5: kirindy Forest Experience a thrilling day exploring the dry deciduous wilderness of Kirindy Forest. Day 7: Morondava – Antananarivo Conclude your adventure with a relaxing morning in Morondava before transferring to the airport for your flight back to Antananarivo, subject to availability.
