Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. Enjoy a game drive spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and over 400 bird species. Later in the afternoon, drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Karatu – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, drive through the Ngorongoro highlands to Serengeti National Park, Tanzania’s most famous safari destination. Enjoy an afternoon game drive across the endless plains, home to lions, cheetahs, elephants, and during migration season, millions of wildebeest and zebras.

Day 3: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Start your day with an early morning game drive in the Serengeti, the best time to spot predators in action. After lunch, continue your journey to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with beautiful views along the way. Dinner and overnight at the edge of the crater.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
After breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” This natural wildlife sanctuary is home to the Big Five, hippos, flamingos, and many more species. Enjoy a game drive with picnic lunch at the crater floor before driving back to Arusha in the late afternoon.
