Tourism Lome

Located on the coasts of the Atlantic Ocean, Lomé is the capital of Togo, a West African country. This city is also a seaside resort of the country, it is famous for its golden sandy beach bordered by palm trees which is perfectly maintained.

This city is also known for its large market where you will find all kinds of goods, the Grand Market is located near the Cathedral of Lomé. To the northeast of the Togolese capital is the famous fetish market (Akodesewa market) where you will find talismans and remedies related to voodoo.

Lomé also houses a museum (National Museum) which is nestled inside the Congress Palace. This museum but in value of jewellery, masks, musical instruments and pottery
