Day 1: Journey from Nairobi to Masai Mara
Your safari kicks off with an early morning pick-up by the Jossec Safaris team from your Nairobi hotel or residence—or straight from the airport if you're just arriving. After a quick briefing, you’ll hop into one of our rugged yet comfortable 4x4 Jeeps, designed to handle the Mara’s terrain with ease, providing you with the best game-viewing experience.
On your way to the Masai Mara, you'll enjoy scenic views of the Great Rift Valley and make a few stops for breathtaking photo opportunities. After arriving at your lodge or camp in the early afternoon, you’ll have time to relax and soak in the tranquil African wilderness. Later in the day, embark on your first game drive in the Mara, where you’ll get a glimpse of the vast wildlife that awaits. As the sun sets, you’ll return to your lodge for dinner, ready for a night of restful sleep in the heart of nature.
Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive - Explore the Mara in Depth
Prepare for an exhilarating day! After an early breakfast, you’ll set out for a full-day game drive in your 4x4 Jeep, maximizing your chances of spotting the Big Five. The Masai Mara is a wildlife haven, and with your experienced Jossec Safaris guide, you’ll explore the diverse habitats of this iconic reserve.
Witness lions on the prowl, leopards lounging in trees, and elephants roaming the plains. If you're visiting during the Great Migration, you’ll be at the edge of your seat as massive herds of wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River, navigating hungry crocodiles lurking beneath the waters.

Day 4: Return to Nairobi
After a leisurely breakfast, it’s time to bid farewell to the Masai Mara. There’s no game drive scheduled today, allowing for a relaxed departure. You’ll enjoy a scenic drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. We’ll drop you off at your hotel, residence, or directly at the airport if you’re catching a flight, ensuring you leave with a heart full of unforgettable memories and the sights and sounds of the Mara etched in your mind forever.
