Safari Itinerary
Six days gives us plenty of time to really experience these very popular parks and all the wildlife wonders they hold. Amboseli and Masai Mara are known for their great numbers of large and small game offering lots of sightings in these two busy reserves. At Lake Naivasha and nearby parks, you’ll have the fun of sailing, walking, and bicycling safaris to get near the animals. This medium-length safari will have you exploring five wonderful destinations and all the natural wildlife that are waiting for your discovery.
Day 01 : Nairobi- Maasai Mara (250kms - 5 hours drive)
Your Driver-Guide reports to your hotel for start of the safari to Masai Mara with a 7.30am to 8am departure for a picturesque drive descending the Great Rift Valley and onwards to Maasai Mara, Kenya's famous game reserve. ( Drive time 5.5 hours). You will be in a private safari vehicle. Stop for some time at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint on the way, to enjoy the amazing views of the largest Valley in the world, said to be visible from outer space. Arrive at Masai Mara for lunch at your lodge or camp. The afternoon game drive at 3.30pm allows spotting of the magnificent wildlife in the park ranging from the Big Cats such as Lion, Leopard & Cheetah to Rhino, Elephant and Wildebeest.

Day 02 : Maasai Mara safari Full day game drive
At around 7:00a.m after breakfast, you will leave for a full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five. At midday, You will have picnic lunch in the park which is provided by us. You will visit the site of the yearly wildebeest migration and see the resident crocodiles and hippos sited at the banks of Mara river. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place; the phenomenal seventh wonder of the world. The wildebeest migration where over 1.5 million animals migrate annually from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures.

Day 03 : Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru (250 kms = 5 hours drive)
Early morning breakfast, with optional Maasai village visit, then check out and depart for Nakuru - arriving in time for lunch and dinner later on at your reserved accomodation as per the options below.

Day 04 : Lake Nakuru to Amboseli National Park (400 kms = 7 hours drive)

Day 06 : Amboseli to Nairobi (250kms - 5 hours drive)
