9 Days Kenya photography Safari adventure will touch nearly all Kenya’s best national park. Kenya photography Safari adventure offers the essence of an African wildlife photographic expedition. We specialize in taking small groups on dedicated photography tours to some of Africa’s most famous wildlife destinations. We offer small group exclusivity with 3 photographers per vehicle, on our Kenyan and Tanzanian Safaris.
Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta international Airport Nairobi. You will be received by our safari representative and transferred to your hotel for your overnight. Once at the Hotel our guide will brief you on your Kenya safari. Overnight is at the Safari Park Hotel
This morning we travel by road to Kenya’s northern frontier to Samburu National Park arriving in time for lunch. Samburu is fiercely beautiful with its arid Savannah watered by the lovely Uaso Nyiro River. It is also one of Kenya’s most protected areas and home to species only found north part of the equator, from the reticulated giraffe to zebras and Beisa Oryxes. Overnight at luxurious Larsen’s Tented Camp set beneath a canopy of acacia trees along the banks of the river.
Dawn breaks in golden bands as we start our day in the bush by scanning the river from our tent’s veranda with a cup of steaming coffee in hand. Before the dew is off the grass, we’re off in pursuit of the elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs that thrive in the reserve’s grasslands and acacia woodlands. Overnight at Larsen’s Tented Camp
After breakfast, we will have a short game drive then we drive to the Sweetwaters Tented Camp arriving in time for lunch. Sweetwaters Tented Camp is secluded at the heart of Ol Pejeta Ranch and Rhino Reserve. After breakfast, we travel to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving in time for lunch. An exciting game drive is planned in the afternoon in Lake Nakuru National Park which is the home to stunning flocks of lesser and Greater Flamingos, which literally turn the lakeshores in to a magnificent pink stretch. After breakfast, we drive through the dramatic Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve arriving in the afternoon in time for lunch. This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest’s migration and is home of the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. Morning and evening game drives. Masai Mara Game Reserve is one of the greatest wildernesses of the world. Large mammals are varied, and easy to see. Residents among the Parks are: Masai Giraffe, Buffalo, Eland and thousands of plain game including Impala, Zebra, Topi, both Thomson’s and grants Gazelles. Overnight at Sarova Tented
The search for great predators and perhaps even cubs continues today during extensive game drives. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs.Overnight at Sarova Tented Camp Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
