After breakfast, we depart Nairobi and drive to Tsavo West National Park arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. Afternoon game is planned until sunset. The Park comprises a diversity of habitats, open plains alternating with savannah bush and semi-desert scrub; acacia woodlands; rocky ridges and outcrops. With permanent water source, the park is virtually guaranteed enormous herds and excellent game viewing including cheetah, lion, leopard, hyena and a herd of Elephants. Breakfast at the lodge and depart for Amboseli National Park arriving in time for lunch. Amboseli National Park is famous for the big herds of elephants and the view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. The snowcapped peak sometimes is covered by clouds. Relax and enjoy the sun heated swimming pool before leaving for another game drive in the afternoon. We will be back in time for warm shower or may be a drink before dinner. After breakfast, drive to Aberdare National Park with a brief stopover for lunch in Nairobi at Nairobi Safari park Hotel. After lunch, travel through plantations of coffee and tea to The Aberdare Country Club arriving in the evening. Overnight at the Serena Mountain Forest Lodge
After breakfast, we travel to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving in time for lunch. An exciting game drive is planned in the afternoon in Lake Nakuru National Park which is the home to stunning flocks of lesser and Greater Flamingos, which literally turn the lakeshores in to a magnificent pink stretch. After breakfast, we drive through the dramatic Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve arriving in the afternoon in time for lunch. This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest’s migration and is home of the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. After morning break fast, the search for great predators and perhaps even cubs continues today with an extensive game drives. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia trees.
After the game drive, we will have a chance to visit the village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals.
