Day 1: Amboseli Depart Nairobi and head south through Masai country towards the Amboseli National Park where the snowcapped Mount Kilimanjaro majestically dominates the area. Arrival is around lunchtime. The drive through the national park before reaching the lodge gives a chance to spot elephants, lions and other plains game. Afternoon game drive to search for wildlife against the back drop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp Day 2: Amboseli full day
Day 3: Amboseli - Lake Nakuru National Park An early rise gives a chance to see the mountain at its best. And go for morning game drive. After breakfast, depart Amboseli National Park for Nakuru via Nairobi, lunch at a city restaurant and after lunch proceed to Nakuru. The lake has been called ‘the new home of the flamingo’ with a nomad population of up to two million birds. Lunch and then proceed for an afternoon game drive at the Lake Nakuru National Park in search for warthogs, waterbuck, buffaloes, reedbucks, and the occasional leopard. White and black rhinos were introduced to the park some years ago and you will find white rhino at the southern end. The park has also retained its reputation as an ornithologists’ delight with more than 400 species of bird found here Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Flamingo lodge Day 4: Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara National Reserve. After breakfast depart lake Nakuru National Park for Masai Mara National Reserve which joins the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. Arrive in time for lunch. The plains of Masai Mara teem with wild animals and one is almost guaranteed to seeing all the Big Five. Evening game drive with spectacular sunsets provide a perfect photographic setting. All meals and overnight at Elenkang Camp. Day 5: Masai Mara National Reserve. With its amazing concentration of wildlife and spectacular scenery, Masai Mara is perhaps the finest game reserve in Kenya. Full day game viewing. Dinner and overnight at Elenkang Camp. Day 6: Nairobi After breakfast, depart Mara National Reserve for Nairobi, lunch at Carnivore Restaurant/a city restaurant and after lunch transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International airport for a Flight to the next destination.
