Amboseli National Park is a perfect destination for an overnight safari for those who don’t have much time. 2 Days Amboseli Safari from Nairobi takes you to Amboseli National Park where you will explore the park. Amboseli National Park is situated in Loitoktok District, Rift Valley Province of Kenya. Amboseli National Park ecosystem is mainly savannah grassland spread across Kenya -Tanzania border, an area of low scrubby vegetation and open grassy plains, all of which make easy game viewing. It is the best place in Africa to get close to free-ranging elephants among other wildlife species offering spectacular photographic experiences.
Day 1 . Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Meet & greet followed by a short brief about your safari program. Depart and drive via Nairobi – Mombasa highway – branching at Email shopping Centre & proceed to Amboseli National Park. Wildlife viewing after entry en route to your Lodge or camp for check-in and lunch.
Afternoon game drive with a chance to see Elephants, lions, cheetahs, gazelles, wildebeests, buffalos, zebras, warthogs, different species of birds, and of course, Mount Kilimanjaro. Return to your lodge / for dinner and overnight at the lodge of your choice based on availability
Day 2. Amboseli – Nairobi
You have two options on this day. Very early morning game drive where you can wake up as early as 6 am head out for morning drive then come back to the lodge for breakfast after breakfast you shall check out and head back to Nairobi . The other option is wake up early have your breakfast check out and head out for game drive where after the game drive you will go back straight to Nairobi. On this day you shall be on the look out for possible clear views of Mount Kilimanjaro with its snow-capped peaks. You shall be in search for the “ Big Five”. The event of wildlife viewing is enjoyable and even much better when you when you come across & witness lion trying to bring down a bull. It's enough wildlife gift experience to take home. There after depart and drive back to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon.
