Le Douar

Le Douar, an innovative Moroccan restaurant on the rooftop of Meydene in Marrakech, offers an immersion in traditional gastronomy. Open since December 2021, it features ancestral recipes and local specialties, with an intergenerational team including women from neighboring villages. Culinary workshops allow visitors to observe the preparation of traditional ingredients. The architectural setting evokes a Moroccan village with panoramic views over M Avenue, while the terrace with heated pergola creates a warm atmosphere. The menu features signature dishes such as tajines, traditional couscous and seafood pastilla, as well as a tasting menu to explore culinary diversity. The tableware and uniforms reflect authentic Moroccan style, accompanied by gnaoua music. Reservations are recommended, especially for tables on the edge of the terrace, where the view at sunset is unforgettable.
