Bistro Cocody is the fruit of a collaboration between two gastronomic enthusiasts: Jihad Badreddine, a Franco-Ivorian businessman and owner of Groupe Franchises Côte d'Ivoire, which owns the PAUL bakeries in Abidjan, and Benjamin Collombat, a Michelin-starred French chef.
