Aléva Café is a resto lounge and cocktail bar located in the heart of the city. This French beachside bistro offers a green and relaxing atmosphere. Our specialty is cocktails made with koutoukou, a unique local spirit. The owner, Mr Séa, wanted to give koutoukou the refinement of the world's finest spirits. Having lived between France and Côte d'Ivoire since childhood, he realized during his travels that each country had its own emblematic drink, such as rhum arrangé in the West Indies, vodka in Russia or whisky in Scotland. And in Côte d'Ivoire, we have koutoukou! This artisanal gin is obtained by distilling palm, raffia or roast tree wine. Its unique taste and uncontrolled alcohol content have seduced our epicurean. So he decided to highlight koutoukou and make it Côte d'Ivoire's "alcoholic" identity through an innovative cocktail: the KTK cocktail. These cocktails feature shots of koutoukou with fresh fruit extracts such as pineapple, mango, banana, coconut and ginger, as well as pressed juices and secret ingredients, all prepared by hand.
