Recently renovated, the Kasbah Museum is housed in the former palace of Sultan Dar El Makhzen.
The exhibitions are well presented and the information is in French and Arabic only. Visit by going counter-clockwise around the first courtyard before entering the rest of the displays.
You will be amazed by the mosaic of Venus de Volubilis and the statuary, as well as the replicas of giant maps are particularly remarkable, the first map of which traces the trade routes from the Phoenician metal trade to 21st century electronics products.
