Opened in 2009, it features an exceptional collection of historical photographs of Morocco, covering the period from 1879 to 1960. Visitors can explore a variety of media, including glass plates, postcards and newspapers. The permanent exhibition "Photographic Treasures of Morocco" highlights the country's cultural evolution, with a special room dedicated to autochromes, old color photographs. A documentary video on the Berbers enriches the experience. The museum's serene atmosphere contrasts with the hustle and bustle of the medina, and a terrace-café offers a breathtaking view of Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains. The tour lasts around 45 to 60 minutes. Open daily from 9.30am to 7pm, admission costs 50 dirhams. A store offers reproductions and postcards to prolong this immersion in Morocco's visual history.
