The Museum of Rwandan Art is located in Kanombe, about four kilometres from Kigali International Airport. This museum officially opened its doors in May 2018. It is the first museum of contemporary art in Rwanda.
It highlights contemporary Rwandan and African art. In addition to the objects usually on display, this museum houses exhibitions of great artists.
