A landmark in Ghana, the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum and Memorial Park was built in honour of Ghana's first President Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. Nestled in the heart of the city of Accra, it was built by the Egyptian government.
Inside the park is the mausoleum designed by Don Aurthur, which houses the body of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah and his wife Fathia Nkrumah. Personal effects used by the President are on display, you will also find the President's famous navy blue Cadillac.
