La Cathédrale Saint-Paul
The St. Paul Cathedral of Abidjan is the cathedral of the Archdiocese of Abidjan. It was built by the Italian architect Aldo Spirito, in Abidjan on the initiative of President Felix Houphouët-Boigny. The first stone of this cathedral was blessed on May 11, 1980 by Pope John Paul II on the occasion of its first pastoral visit in Côte d'Ivoire
