 Step 1: Meeting with Mr. Jean Marc Bini at the entrance of his 70 hectare estate for the traditional "AKWABA" of the Yacouba of the village of Le Petit-Danané. Around a calabash of bandji (palm wine), he will give you a short introduction to the history of the Bini estate from its creation to today.   

 Step 2: Traditional dance of the village women and the Yacouba mask.                                       

  Step 3: Beginning of the culinary workshop. You will enter into the practical learning of Yacouba cuisine with the women of this ethnic group. Immerse yourself in the universe of this people, you broaden your vocabulary by learning words in Yacouba.     

 Step 3: Lunch together in the original dining room of Domaine Bini.   

 Step 4: Afternoon visit to the small danané village located 10 minutes walk from the Domaine, to meet the village chief and drink a local drink: tchapalo.

 Step 5: Return to Domaine Bini followed by a quiz on the day.

 Step 6: Embarkation and return to Abidjan by mini bus.
