Parc Archéologique D'ahouakro

Ahouakro's archaeological park is located in the Tiassalé department in the Agneby-Tiassa region at 145 km from Abidjan. With an area of ​​57 hectares, it is like a world of granitic monuments. Ahouakro Archaeological Park is a great interest site. It reflects natural, cultural, scientific and prehistoric dimensions (Neolithic). These elements make its richness and diversity at the national and global level. The relief is predominated by a central plate between 300 and 500 meters of altitude, in the form of isthmus. The vegetation housing the village is covered with a wooded savannah. To the west, a forest landscape runs along the granite nipple which he marries the sinuosities.
